Services to engage Contractors for submittal of bids and further formulate the Contruction team to execute project. Services range from response to requests for information, reviewing of bids, to project close-out.

DESIGN SERVICES

Services as necessary for project refinement and development into built form. Services are customized to needs of the project and may range from building system design and coordination, production documents, to plan review and agency approval processes.

POST CONSTRUCTION

Services related to post-construction evaluation ranging from warranty review to building system review and monitoring.

LEED/SUSTAINABILITY SERVICES

Services customized for each project to optimize building performance and save in ongoing energy costs.
